Baby vaccines to take place in school in Milton Keynes

Oakgrove School's community Hal will be open for weekly sessions, starting this Wednesday, April 22.
The move will allow NHS staff to administer the immunisation programme for babies and ease the pressure on local GP surgeries and Mk hospital.

Hide AdInfants will be vaccinated against diseases such as measles, rubella, tetanus and meningitis in a suitably equipped setting.
Oakgrove School head Ian Tett said: “I am so pleased that we can offer a safe and secure environment, so that nursing staff can carry out their invaluable work of delivering immunisations to children in the local community. The team will run the sessions every Wednesday from Oakgrove School for the foreseeable future.”
